As a VIP member of The Hai Tian Hotel, you will enjoy extraordinary service and preferential treatment, as well as special prices, simplified reservations, and streamlined check-in procedures. Additionally, our new Points Reward Program will allow you to earn rewards for points accumulated each time you enjoy our Hotel's facilities.

“The more you stay with us, the more benefits you will receive!” The Hai Tian Hotel has three levels of membership: Silver, Gold and Diamond. All levels of enrollment and privileges are based on the number of times you stay at the Hai Tian Hotel.

Silver Level of Membership Requirements: from 500 points

Gold Level of Membership Requirements: from 1500 points

Diamond Level of Membership Requirements: from 3000 points

Consumption is based on both rooms and food and beverage as follows:

Room consumption: ￥120/1-point

F & B consumption: ￥150/1-point (No points for under ￥150 expenditure)

Group consumption: ￥1600/1-point including room rate, F & B and conference expenditures

1. Members enjoy all VIP club benefits of a Hai Tian Hotel VIP when they hold any card.

2. Accumulated points can be carried over to a succeeding year on a 5 for 1 basis…

e.g.: Each January 1st you will receive one point credit for every 5 unused points from the previous year. Thus 50 points convert to 10 points credit on New Year’s Day.

3. Additional spending will entitle you to various benefits and gifts. When your spending increases to the value of the next level you may upgrade your card.

1. You must fill in a VIP registration form with your personal data.

2. A point card and handbook will be issued based on this data.

3. The point card is not good for items in the"Privilege"diagram.

4. Benefits increase as points are accumulated…the more points, the more preferential treatment.

5. If, within a 12-month period, a VIP Member’s purchases fail to meet the minimums for their current VIP Card: I.E: Silver Card 40 ,000 Yuan; Gold Card 120,000 Yuan; Diamond Card 240,000 Yuan, and the average room rate is not come up to hotel standard ,the hotel reserves the right to downgrade membership to the appropriate level.

6. Cards are valid when signed.

7. The VIP cards and coupons are good for members only. Please present your card when you use hotel services.

8. A member can only hold one card at a time.

9. Rules for the use of cards may be found in the card handbook, rules for coupons are printed on the back of the coupon.

10. You may use either the Hai Tian preferential coupons or promotional coupons during special events or promotions at the hotel. You may not use both at the same event.

11. Similarly with the various cards issued by the Hai Tian, only one may be used for any given benefit, promotion or event at any one time.

12. There are no discounts or privileges for a banquet of more than 10 people or wedding receptions.

13. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately and a replacement will be made. The hotel is not liable for the charges caused by loss or theft of cards.

14. The cards are only valid in the Hai Tian Hotel and our official partners. The Hai Tian Hotel retains the right to interpret or amend any terms, conditions, benefits, and services pertaining to the VIP program at any time. This includes increasing levels or number of points required for a reward, changing or removing our partner rewards, and other amendments which shall remain the discretion of the Hai Tian Hotel.
