The Hai Tian Hotel has been honored as number one among Qingdao’s  four- and five-star hotels in the latest spot Customer Satisfaction Poll conducted by the Qingdao Tourism Bureau. Visitors to Qingdao commented on Qingdao’s appeal as a tourist destination, Olympic atmosphere and the overall quality of service in the local hospitality industry.

 Customer satisfaction with upscale hotels in general was up 2.8% over last year.  Satisfaction with five star hotels was up 5.42% over last year reaching 95.68%.
