Entrusted with Overall Management
  • HTHMG dispatches its management team, consisting of general manager and operational department managers, to conduct the overall management of the client hotels. By implementing and modeling the Hai Tian management model combining the latest modern international hotel standards, we ensure that the client hotel operates successfully, its assets are properly valued and value is added .At the same time we are cultivating a professional team of hotel staff and giving birth to a famous brand hotel.
  • Take charge of creating a hotel management structure with the distinguished features of the Hai Tian model, star-hotel requests and quality control standards.
  • Set up a practical authority; implement the best possible personnel arrangement; establish scientific employment and other practices aimed at maximizing efficiency and economy.

Lease

After completion of an inspection, feasibility study and evaluation, the Hai Tian Hotel Management Group (THTHMG) will sign a lease with the hotel owner. ?During the period of the lease, THTHMG will send managerial personnel at different levels as required to operate and manage the leased hotel under the Hai Tian Brand and in accordance with star hotel standards to keep the hotel running smoothly while achieving the operational targets specified in the lease.

Management Assistance

HTHMG dispatches an experienced management team made up of a deputy general manager and operational department heads who will take over the day-to-day management to ensure the normal operation of the hotel. The team is directly responsible to the hotel's GM.

Preparing Management for Formal Opening

At the request of the subject hotels and the intended start-level, the professionals from the Hai Tian will be on the site on a regular or irregular schedule to do preparation work needed from engineering to the opening celebration itself.

  • Make a detailed working plan for the opening.
  • Assist in setting up a practical chain of command; set a reasonable personnel arrangement and establish scientific employment and other systems to ensure efficiency and economy.
  • Assist with all necessary aspects of the physical arrangement, such as hotel layout, function distribution, interior decoration, utilities, fire control and internal operational procedure.
  • Set up the basic model for hotel operation including staff handbook, regulations, responsibilities, operational patterns and fiscal procedures.
  • Assist with employment, training, and appraisal, recruiting and supervising trainees.
  • Setup management programs, such as market research, client target, business principles and aims.
  • Assist with sales planning, opening ceremony and propaganda.
Consultation and Advice

According to the client/proprietor's needs a professional consultant is appointed to outline a schedule of hotel service programs including: engineering, marketing, accounting and sales. The program aims for a total improve of the client hotel's operating level to obtain the best possible economic benefit.

  • Create a sales plan and organize a program to acquire and host large conferences, cold plate banquets, parties arranged around foods and a Christmas feast and activity.
  • Do a diagnosing of the subject properties fiscal and physical health. Detail the problems and devise ideas and tactics to solve them.
  • The client receives the best professional management and skilled guidance.
  • Analysis of the hotel's marketing is ongoing to ensure the best results are obtained
  • Consultation is provided for the construction of new and renovation of older properties including: engineering; selection of a site; the style of the hotel, design, functional areas and interior design and arrangement as well as advice on decor including furniture and furnishings, facilities; utilities, air conditioning and heating and purchasing for the hotel's needs.
Specialization training

Modern teaching methods, adapted to the specific training needs of differing levels of staff, and using the omni-bearing, stair-step coaching method quickly gets the staff on-the-same-page in skills and attitudes.

Professional tutors are assigned as needed to give a short term training.

  • Staff are brought directly to the Hai Tian and have real time training in theory and practice in each service and support station of this 5-star hotel.
  • Qualifications of staff to have work training in Hai Tian hotel.
  • Staff may be accepted to have specific training in such skills as accounting, engineering and sales in the Hai Tian hotel.
Franchise

Fee arrangements may be possible for qualified clients to use the trademark of the Hai Tian hotel. Hotels thus franchised may participate in the Hai Tian marketing network and continue to apply and receive assistance in the Hai Tian management model to guide and manage their service quality and operational activities.
